"Super easy to keep track"
Checking my account was really straightforward, and the order tracking updated fast. I always knew when my stuff was going to show up, which was nice because... yeah, no guessing or hassle or anything.

"Pretty Smooth Checkout Overall"
Checkout was easy overall. I found what I needed without any trouble, and paying was simple enough, which is really all you’d expect. The only thing was the shipping info took a little while to update, so at first I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. Nothing major though, once it updated, everything was fine. Overall, it was a good experience

"Easyyy ordering experience"
I ordered from murdochs.com it was a smooth experience. They kept me updated the whole way with emails when my order was confirmed, shipped, and out for delivery. Nothing felt confusing or like too muchhh, just the right info at the right time. My package showed up exactly when they said it would, so I was happy with it. I’d definitely order from them again.

Ordered a pair of boots from murdochs. Half size too small. I figured the exchange might be a pain, but nope. Simple. Return steps were clear. Got updates without needing to bug anyone. New size shipped out fast too. Smooth all around. I’d order again, honestly. No headache at all.

"A rewards program that actually feels fair"
I joined Murdoch’s rewards kind of by accident, but it’s been a nice surprise. My points showed up quickly after my order, and using them on my next purchase was simple with no weird hassle. It’s refreshing when a store doesn’t make you jump through hoops just to get what they promised. Feels like the right way to run a rewards program...

I ordered a jacket from Murdochs and it got here without any issues, so that part was totally fine. But i had this strong feeling of being a little let down once I tried it on. The quality just didn’t really feel like what I expected for the price. There were a few loose threads in the stitching, and the fabric felt kind of thinner than I thought it would. It’s not awful or anything, and I’ll still use it for basic stuff, but I’m not exactly excited about it. Just one of those purchases that feels okay, but not great.

I ordered from Murdoch's and everything showed up quickly, which was nice. It all looked just like it did in the listing too. I was kind of expecting at least one little issue, because that seems to happen half the time when ordering online, but nope, everything was fine. Prices seemed fair as well. not much else to say — it was just a smooth order and I’d buy from them again.

I ordered a few things from Murdoch’s and was happy with how it went. I’m usually a little picky about ordering online because shipping costs and delays can make a decent deal not feel worth it, but this was a solid experience. The tracking came through quickly, and the box arrived sooner than I expected and in good shape. One item took an extra day to update, which is why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, I’d order from them again if the price is right

"Pretty handy for checking stock"
I mostly use Murdoch’s to see if something might be in stock before I drive over to the store. For the most part, it seems accurate, and I do like being able to check what’s available at my local store ahead of time. I did have one time where an item showed online but wasn’t actually there when I got in, which was a little frustrating. But overall, it usually saves me a trip, so I still find it helpful.

I stopped into Murdoch's because my brother and I were trying to fix a section of fencing, i wasn't totally sure what I needed. The guy who helped me was really patient and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He walked me through a few different options and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense. You could tell he knew the products from using them, not just from reading the labels. I ended up leaving with exactly what I needed, and the repair went great. Easy 5 stars from me.
